Hampshire Craft Return and Refund Policy
At Hampshire Craft, we are dedicated to providing high-quality cabinets, shower doors, and exceptional customer service. If you need to return a product, please review our return policy guidelines below:

Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)
All returns must be authorized by Hampshire Craft prior to return shipment. To request authorization, please email [email protected], including your order number and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with an RMA number if the return is approved. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package when returning the item(s).

Return Criteria
Returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Assembled or installed cabinets are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reputable carrier with tracking and insurance for protection.
Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Hampshire Craft is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.

Inspection and Refunds
Once the return is received, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria, including being in their original, sellable condition.
Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply to certain returns. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount and helps cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.

Damaged or Defective Items
Upon delivery, a responsible party must inspect, inventory, and sign off on the shipment.Any discrepancies in the number of packages or visible damages must be noted on the delivery receipt and documented with photos.
Even if damages are uncertain, indicate "Possible Damage" on the receipt to preserve the ability to claim concealed damages later.

Do not reject damaged or defective items. Accept the delivery, document the damage, and file a claim with our customer service team at [email protected]. Resolutions may include replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the extent of the issue.

Exclusions

a) No returns or exchanges on special orders or custom-made products, including countertops, which are made to individual specifications.

b) Products that have been used, assembled, or installed are not eligible for return.
